Fifth year PhD student Corina Grigore received a best student paper finalist nomination at the Eighth International Conference on Social Robotics in Kansas City, MO November 1-3, 2016. Her paper Comparing Ways to Trigger Migration between a Robot and a Virtually Embodied Character emphasizes the importance of investigating different facets of entity migration for systems in need of employing both a physical and virtual embodiment for an artificial agent.
